Our Services

Glow District 901 rents party and event equipment in Memphis, TN, including light-up dance floors, cold spark machines, low fog, and photo booths. When you submit a quote request, we follow up to confirm your event details, provide pricing, and arrange booking.

Bookings and Payments

A deposit is required to hold your date. We'll confirm the exact deposit amount and payment method when we send your quote. Final balances are due according to the schedule we agree on at booking.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name: Glow District 901 Customer Updates

Program description: Customers who submit a contact form on glowdistrict901.com or respond to a Facebook ad requesting a quote may receive text messages from Glow District 901 about their quote, booking confirmation, event reminders, and day-of coordination.

How you opt in: By submitting your phone number through our website contact form or a Facebook ad requesting a quote, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your inquiry and booking.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the booking process. You can expect anywhere from one to several messages around an active quote or booking, and none once your event is complete. If you reach out again, we'll pick messaging back up.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. You'll get one final confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed.

Carriers: Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellations

Property and Damage

Rental equipment stays our property throughout your event. You're responsible for the equipment while it's in your care, and we'll discuss any damage or loss terms with you at booking.

Limitation of Liability

We carry out setup and delivery with care, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to your event beyond the value of the services booked.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
